Fleet Fuel RIREC Fuel was started in 1997 by Dick and Curt Gower, owners of White Fuel Co. Providence, RI. Government regulations and advances in information technology played an important role in their decision to get involved in the fleet fueling industry. They have since joined California based Commercial Fueling Network (CFN). CFN is a nationwide network of over 2000 fuel dealers (members) who operate primarily unattended commercial fueling sites accessed with magnetic stripe fueling cards.
